I started Good Harbor Essentials to help people who have been on their health journey far too long and are frustrated with their lack of success through my variouos essential oil classes.
My passion and expertise is helping people discover essential foundational information, creating protocols specific to their health needs and coach them on how to bring it all together into a comprehensive and easy plan.
Whether you are experienced in essential oil use and nutrition or a complete novice, I can teach you how to achieve true health and happiness more effectively and more efficiently than you have experienced before.

Personalized Aromatherapy Education For You!
If you have a question about essential oils I would love to help you with your own mini lesson. All mini lessons are conducted through email.
Each mini lesson includes:

A complete and documented answer to your question. The documentation will be by backed by data from scientists, and other professionals within the holistic medical field.

Follow up emails to help with clarification if needed.
Questions can be related to general aromatherapy or general formulations for the home.
I would love to help you learn more about aromatherapy, and the health benefits that essential oils can provide for you and your family.
This service does not pertain to health and wellness issues or custom formulation.
If you have questions about your health, please schedule a personal consultation. A personal consultation is more in depth and will allow me to assist you with multiple aspects of your health concerns.

Offering Nutrition Therapy and Counseling for Weight Management

In this science-based, holistic program I use a whole-foods focus to health, well-being and a healthy weight. This isn’t about going on a diet, this is about making sustainable changes for a healthier life.
Whether you struggle with nutrition confusion, emotional eating or all-or-"nothingitis", I can help.

I combine nutrition education with intuitive and mindful eating techniques to meet each patient where they are and help them move forward on their journey to nourishment, self-care, better health and a healthier weight.
Menu for Change has a minimum 6-month commitment.

Cost: $100 includes Consultation, Follow Up Call, Detailed Report (after receiving Health Assessment Form) and Supplement Program suggestion. (Does not include cost of Supplements)

Travel Appointments:
As a traveling aromatherapist, I also offer “house calls” for clients and their families (at their home)
I will also provide “business aromatherapy sessions” for companies, health care facilities, health and fitness studios, and clubs at their location to establish convenient wellness sessions for employees, members or patients.

House Call - $99 per hour, $59 1/2 hour

Private Pet Class - In Your Home with Your Pup
Using essential oils with your pup is very different than using them for yourself. There are oils that can not be used and techniques that are not safe for your fur baby.
This private class will teach you how to safely use essential oils with your pup to promote stress free situations and how both of you can relax safely.
